The staff are very accommodating and caring. They went out of their way to help me in any way they could..which was greatly appreciated considering that I was going through a difficult time with my son in the hospital next to the hotel.

The room has space for me and my kids, the view was amazing facing the Kuwait Towers, easy to get a taxi .it’s close to Souk Shark which has shopping and restaurants also close to Kuwait towers where you can have fun on the main gulf street that has restaurants and sidewalk. The best thing about it also all the staff were too much helpful they make sure I am ok … I met with the manager his name Ayoub Chahir, was amazing and very nice, also the receptionist were very nice, all staff on breakfast were great , I have met Alaa he was also great and helpful and too nice !!… I had great stay all employees were great from door to the end…

From complimentary pick up at airport at 2am ,to check in, to breakfast and to check out, was exceptional. The staff are probably the best staff I have ever come across in all hotels I have stayed in. Every day was a service with a smile.Attentive in every aspect of my stay. Michelle and Rashid and the rest of the staff at breakfast made u feel so welcome and couldn't do enough to help.. will definitely be returning to this hotel. Also the view of Kuwait towers and the sea views from my room was amazing . Thank you Residence Inn Marriott .

Very nice location. The room is comfortable with perfect space. The only thing is the TV location, you can not relax while watching TV. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of different food and choices. The restaurant's staff are very friendly and helpful, especially, Mr. Alaa and Miss. Michelle. I would like also to thank the Operational Director Mr. Ayob and The duty Manager Mr. Muhammed for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

- as a visitor to Kuwait City the location is great, near most main shopping malls and JACC as well , - near the sea as well where in good weather would be nice to walk from the hotel - all team members been very welcoming and helpful - the room is so comfortable and Spacious , just perfect as mini suite - Breakfast Varieties are good and the staff been so helpful and kind

beautiful hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. breakfast included lots of local specialities, cooked omelette, as well as continental food. But the most amazing thing was the staff: learnt my name straight away, really went above and beyond expectations. Lovely people, from the security guard, receptionists, to breakfast staff. I will come back just to see them again ! Thank you

Spacious room Comfortable bed Hot and powerful shower Good toiletries Kitchenette Bottled water provided View of the sea and the Kuwait Towers Front desk were able to check us in early since our flight arrived in the morning Excellent breakfast, staff were the most attentive I've ever experienced Location a short taxi ride to most places in downtown Kuwait City

I visited this place for one night with my wife and my little daughter. I will try to express my feeling about the stay but am afraid not to justiciary the quality of the place with my words. The room is clean, neat, quiet, and very suitable for family. And most important the hotel crew is very friendly and assistive. They will always ensure you stay in the top comfortable moment as much as possible. To sum up I am satisfied with the hotel and would recommend that to everyone.
